Disability Equality Internships

The Disability Equality internships give third sector organisations the opportunity to recruit the knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm of a disabled graduate intern to boost their business growth and competitiveness across all areas of their business by completing a project based internship.

All applicants must:

  • define as disabled as per the Equality Act 2010 which defines disability as: someone who has a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on his or her ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities
  • Hold an HND (Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) Level 8) or above
